CONDITIONS GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

1 - Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all reservations made on our short-term rental website. By booking an accommodation on our site, you accept without reservation the present terms and conditions.

2 - Booking and payment

Reservations become effective upon booking.

3 - Cancellation

You can change or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before your arrival date.

After this time, the reservation becomes non-refundable.

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the following address: contact@douxpavillon.fr.

4 - Arrival and departure

Accommodation is available from 5pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

5 - Use of the Premises

The tenant agrees to use the premises in a peaceful manner and to respect the neighbors. Any nuisance caused to the neighborhood may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

6 - Security deposit

A security deposit will be paid by pre-authorized bank transfer prior to your arrival. This procedure does not result in an immediate debit from your account, but some banks may block this amount to check the availability of funds. The deposit will be reimbursed within 7 days of your departure, provided no damage has occurred.

7 - Liability

We accept no responsibility for theft, loss or damage to the renter's personal belongings. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by him/herself or his/her companions during the rental period.

8 - Disputes

Any dispute relating to the performance or interpretation of these GCS will be submitted to the competent court of the place of the rented property.
